On the ground floor there are living-room with kitchen unit and a veranda, on the basement there is a double room plus another room with three beds and finally a bathroom with shower. There is also a garden. It is an ideal accommodation for a family or a small group of friends then.
The beautiful beach of San Gemiliano Beach nearby [intlink id="161" type="post"]Tortoli[/intlink] is just a couple of minutes walk (200 metres) and many other beautiful beaches such Lido di Orri are only a short drive.

Casa Luna is a newly built semi detached house. It’s on two storeys, on the ground floor they have a living room with kitchen/dining and a nice veranda, on the basement two bedrooms (a double and a twin), bathroom with shower and toilet. There are four beds in the house so it would be very confortablefor a family, two couples or a small group of friends.
The villa is at walking distance (about 200 mt.) from [intlink id="303" type="post"]San Gemiliano beach[/intlink] near [intlink id="161" type="post"]Tortoli[/intlink] in the east coast of Sardinia. Other beautiful beaches are close by and reachable by car in few minutes, like Lido di Orrì.
