Casa Terra is a newly built house on two floors. On the ground floor there are living-room with kitchen unit and a veranda, on the basement there is a double room plus another room with three beds and finally a bathroom with shower. There is also a garden. It is an ideal accommodation for a family or a small group of friends then.
The beautiful beach of San Gemiliano Beach nearby Tortoli is just a couple of minutes walk (200 metres) and many other beautiful beaches such Lido di Orri are only a short drive.
Villa Casa Terra is part of a three villas complex the other two are Casa Sole and Casa Luna.

It’s on two storeys, on the ground floor they have a living room with kitchen/dining and a nice veranda, on the basement two bedrooms (a double and a twin), bathroom with shower and toilet. There are four beds in the house so it would be very confortablefor a family, two couples or a small group of friends.
The villa is at walking distance (about 200 mt.) from San Gemiliano beach near Tortoli in the east coast of Sardinia. Other beautiful beaches are close by and reachable by car in few minutes, like Lido di Orrì.
